Plug-In enables direct scanning to software

Available for Faro portable 3D laser scanners, Rapidform liveScan Plug-In allows user to scan directly into Rapidform software package, providing graphical feedback of scanning process as data is collected. Users can see point cloud being captured from part in real-time. Screen updates to user’s viewing angle as arm is moved around part, allowing user to adjust scanning speed and approach, and showing areas where user needs to go back and gather more data.
