P510 Programmable Core Cutter features a PLC with touch-screen display for flexibility in optimizing core materials and minimizing cut waste. PLC allows operators to enter variety of cut lengths and quantities to determine most efficient cut combinations. Calculates necessary quantity of parent cores needed for each order and amount of core remaining. Cut combinations are stored in system and available for future use. P510 comes standard with Allen Bradley MicroLogix 1100 controller, featuring built in 10/100 Mbps EtherNet/IP port for peer-to-peer messaging, online editing functionality, embedded web server, isolated RS-232/RS-485 combo port, and embedded LCD screen.
