Proficy Maintenance Gateway monitors data points, events, trends, and conditions on plant floor managed by Proficy Plant Applications and maps maintenance-related asset information from enterprise asset management systems (EAM) to drive real-time optimization of maintenance systems. System then monitors data points on plant floor, executes business logic defined by user, and executes defined actions in EAM system, such as creating a maintenance work order.
