Custom die-cut membranes are manufactured from PTFE, nonwovens, and other materials. They can incorporate intricate shapes, including narrow cross-sections and close hole spacing. Membranes are supplied on rolls, with or without adhesive backing, and can be produced from dxf, pdf, or most any drawing file, and material supplied or specified by customer. Sizes start at under 1 in. sq with ±0.005 in. tolerance.
