Using VariSort(TM), mailers, mail consolidators, and private posts can automatically process all types of mail, including clean or complex flats and hard-to-process materials such as polywrap, bound printed matter, padded envelopes, small parcels, and irregular-shaped pieces. Unit automates scanning, weighing, labeling, and sorting at speeds up to 8,000 pieces/hr. All capabilities are modular and can be upgraded in field, so mailers can add capabilities as needed.
