Measuring 266.7 x 88.9 x 63.5 mm, Model MAB-100 is driven by noncontact, brushless servomotor with moving magnet design. It utilizes air bearing guideway to deliver 100% friction-free, straight-line motion up to 100 mm. Stage has no recirculating bearings or anticreep mechanisms and will not generate any particles, meeting Class 1 clean room standards when used with appropriate input air filtration. Position feedback is provided by linear optical encoder with up 5 nm resolution.
