For use with 25 to 200 W marking, engraving, and scribing lasers, CO2 beam steering optics are optimized for 10.6 µm and come in 0.6 to 3 in. dia. sizes, depending on part. Included are beam combiners and splitters, ZnSe output couplers or front mirrors, silicon and molybdenum turning mirrors, silicon and copper phase retardation reflectors, and germanium end- and zero phase-reflectors. Output couplers provide 60 to 65% reflectivity with tolerances to ±1%. Phase retarders and reflectors come with varied thicknesses and coatings.
