Series Techspec F-Theta is available variety of in focal lengths ranging from 100–250 mm, which can scan fields as large as 175 x 175 mm. Nd:YAG lens incorporates 3 elements with AR coating to provide optimal resolution and throughput. CO2 lens is single-element design. All lenses are provided with industry-standard M85 threading, which eases mounting and retrofitting on OEM equipment.
