Rugged SS, cabinet-based Inline Series 5100 is outfitted with vacuumized wrap transport belt and uses single Model 3015-ND Wipe-On label applicator to apply front and back labels. As product sensor detects bottle on conveyor, properly-spaced front- and back labels are dispensed onto the vacuum wrap belt and applied to the spinning bottles accurately within +/- 1/32 in. maintaining proper orientation. Round containers are accurately labeled at speeds of up to 60 products/min.
