Testmate Monitoring Unit measures solid particle contamination in hydraulic systems, and measurement accuracy is ±1/2 ISO code. It has automatic measurement and display of cleanliness ratings as ISO 4406:1999, SAE AS 4059, and NAS 1638. Unit has viscosity range of 46 to 1,622 SUS, and measures particles whose sizes are greater than 4 to 21 microns. Integrated pump and hoses with test point connections allow operation on reservoirs, control circuits, and high pressure circuits.
