Stubby hex tools are made from Protanium steel with ProGuard finish for corrosion protection. Short arm is bent with tight radius and finished with chamfered end. Long arm has ball end tip to speed insertion or extraction of screws at angles up to 25 deg. Stubby hex keys eliminate need to trim and file short arm, which could introduce burrs, soften steel, and result in stripped screw heads.
