Including 480 x 640 portrait VGA screen, it provides device integration including Bluetooth, 802.11, GPS, camera, barcode scanning, and USB host and client ports. Computer has 806 MHz PXA320 processor with 128 MB RAM and 512 MB or 1 GB of nonvolatile flash memory.
