Flexible Pallet Automation (FPA) system offers modular and expandable automation. System is upgradeable and can be customized to suit any production environment. Single system can accommodate up to 20 machines and 300 pallets. In-line pallet buffer racks can be stacked vertically at one, two or three levels high. Different pallet sizes are allowed within one system so that various machining centers can be linked in single multi-purpose cell. Parts are delivered to machine(s) by a rail-guided vehicle (RGV).
