Metal-shell ODVA-compliant connector allows industrial Ethernet to be applied in rugged environments. Connectors meet Category 5e performance requirements. Eight-position connectors are available in plugs or receptacles, either shielded or unshielded, with end caps additionally available to protect unmated connectors. Quick-turn bayonet coupling and positive locking ring, which meet the requirement of IEC 61076-3-106 Variant 1, help provide reliable connections under harshest conditions. HBT sealing gaskets are UV resistant. Connectors have an operating temperature range from -40° to 85°C.
