Bluemark LED printer consumes 75% less energy and reduces noise level by 7 dB when compared with original Bluemark. Printer uses LED array, instead of lamp, to generate ultraviolet light that is used to cure ink. Due to nominal heat generation of this array, internal cooling fans are no longer necessary and have been removed. These improvements reduce overall energy consumption and noise level of printer.
