Handling drums from 30 to 55 gal, Tip-Tite seals drum against discharge cone, tips drum, mates cone against gasketed connection, and discharges bulk material through slide gate valve. Single hydraulic cylinder raises platform to create dust-tight seal between drum and cone; second cylinder tips platform-hood assembly and drum, stopping at angles of 45, 60, or 90 deg. Cone mates with gasketed inlet port fitted to lid of optional hopper or to existing process equipment. Dumper is available constructed to food and pharmaceutical standards.
