Diaphragm-poppet valve design is 12.6 mm-wide, has no sliding seals or metal-to-metal contact, and requires no lubrication. Operating from 32 to 175°F, product has 0.05 Cv flow rate, consumes 1.8 W power, and is rated for pressures from vacuum to 30 psi.
