Designed for signal conditioning and sensor excitation, Model MAX1329 has 12-/16-bit A/D converter, dual 12-bit force-sense D/A converters, and voltage references. It operates from 1.8 to 3.6 V digital supply and 2.7 to 5.5 V analog supply and has quiescent supply current of 3.75 mA (typ) and 0.5 µA (typ) in shutdown mode. Available in 6 x 6 mm, 40-pin TQFN package, low-power data acquisition system is specified for extended temperature range of -40 to +85°C.
