As 1/3 in., 8 Mpixel CameraChip sensor, Model OV8810 uses 1.4 micron OmniBSI architecture that promotes color reproduction as well as low-light sensitivity. It also enables placement within camera modules as small as 8.5 x 8.5 x 7 mm. Sensor can output data in full resolution at 10 fps and captures 720p HD video at 60 fps (1080p at 30 fps); data output is rated to 120 fps at QVGA resolution. Sensor supports 8-/10-/12-bit RAW RGB data over 2-lane high-speed MIPI interface or parallel interface.
