Able to accumulate, erect, pack, and seal, Model VCP-20 is designed for lower rate applications up to 20 cases/min. It uses servo-controlled motion for smooth handling and can be set to pack cases from 7–24 in. long and 4–18 in. wide. As conveyed product reaches bottom load case packer, servo mechanism pushes product from conveyor to construct pack pattern that is loaded into waiting case. Simultaneously, packer selects and erects cases and then folds and seals flaps.
