Rated 0.25–10 kW, Sinochron motors are enclosed in aluminum housing and use 3-phase stator winding with rotor having permanent magnets embedded in stack. This produces sinusoidal magnetic field and even flux distribution in motor, resulting in smooth, constant-speed operation, independent of load, with no torque ripple. Exceeding EPACT 1 efficiency in fractional sizes, motors exhibit typical accuracy under 1 deg when coupled to gearbox or ±5 deg at motor shaft.
