Electrical resistance Smart Heater uses independent thermostatic control. It monitors/controls temperature at each weldment automatically. Sheathed nichrome electrical heating element is formed into hairpin shape and clamped to heavy aluminum contact shoe. Thermostat opens and closes at user's specified temperature with accuracy of ±6°F. Electrical resistance heater is made from Inconcel alloy and is insulated from heating element by dense layer of packed magnesium oxide.
