Manufactured in prototype to production quantities with tolerances to 0.0005 in., custom shaft collars offer smooth, hex, square, metric, radiused, keyed, and threaded bores, and are available in 1- and 2-piece, hinged, or set-screw styles. Bore sizes are from 1/8 to 16 in. ID, and materials include various metals, alloys, and engineering plastics. They can be machined with drilled and tapped face holes; OD flats, grooves, or knurls; and can be supplied with special fasteners.
