Acting as inline inspection machine, robotic vision cell is equipped with articulating robot arm that pulls product off conveyor feed line, presents it to single or multiple camera viewing stations, then returns part to assembly process or rejects it into containers segregated by error factors. Cell can accommodate scalable payload capacities of 0-2.5, 2.5-5, or 5-10 kg. Onboard Ethernet connectivity enables uploading of data to host process controller.
