Using 6 megapixel camera/lens, illumination, and image processing and analysis software, PC-based Count Accura provides exact counts of boxes or trays of pharmaceutical packaging inserts/outserts for FDA compliance, validation, or reconciliation purposes. Automated system handles boxes up to 12 x 24 in. containing up to 8 rows and up to 250 inserts/outserts with counting time less than 500 ms. It automatically locates containers and positions scanning lines when counting.
