OmniLED combines radiometer, spectrograph, and selection of optical heads to achieve NIST-traceable measurements in production and lab environments. System enables user to measure flux at wafer level. It gauges optical flux or intensity, common colorimetric data, current, voltage, and optical power. Multihead and wafer mapping options are available.
