To cool water in resistance welding cells, Series DeltaPoint uses one pair of bench-calibrated, vortex shedding flowmeters that are unaffected by dirt in water and have no moving parts. Detectors sense tip loss, compare total inflow/outflow to cell, and monitor flow and temperature in applications involving up to 13 welding guns, robotic work cells, or non-robotic hard tooling. Models accommodate cooling flow up to 12 gpm.
