Microvalve-based Marsh Model 320 prints characters up to 1 in. tall with 40 dpi resolution, or 2 lines of 7 dot high characters. Print speed is up to 200 fpm. Throw distance of 15-20 mm allows printheads to mark uneven and curved surfaces. Controller runs up to 4 printheads for 2 independent production lines. Color touchscreen GUI facilitates operation and language/character set changes. Ethernet connection enables networking with devices up to 328 ft away. Fast-dry MEK-based and water-based inks are used.
