Utilizing Ultra-Spray ultrasonic technology, Prism 100 gives user control over film quality and thickness when applying conformal coatings, fluxes, adhesives, photo resists, and conductive inks. Substrate is transported under spray head by indexer before it moves in defined increments while spray head moves transversely to apply coating. System sprays liquid within 18 x 18 in. area. Conveyor switches between inline or batch mode operation.
