Case Packer-Palletizer provides automated, end-of-line solution with 5-axis Motoman robot which handles up to 176 lb. System accepts 48 x 48 in. pallets and unit loads up to 72 in. high. Programmable Allen Bradley Logix controller with touchscreen OI eases changeover. After product is boxed and sealed, End of Arm Tooling labels, scans, and palletizes case onto fixed station, all with same robot. Product and case infeed conveying system is included.
