Brush Motor joins high power density and ruggedness

Electromotive coil technology in dc Series TG3300-63 replaces magnet wire and iron core of conventional motors with multiple copper sheets to eliminate eddy currents and hysteresis of iron cores. With 495 W continuous shaft power, 425 oz-in. peak torque, and speeds to 13,000 rpm, motor minimizes I2R loss. Unit maintains performance at 130°C and measures 2 in. OD x 5.442 in. long.
