Benchtop Ultra Series 2800 uses positive displacement technology to apply accurate amounts of 2-part epoxies and other assembly fluids, regardless of changes in fluid viscosity during dispensing process. Throughout operation, pressure from stepper motor advances piston preset distance and produces metered shot. As each dispense cycle completes, programmed mechanical pullback retracts piston to prevent fluid from oozing between shots.
