Shredders
Description
Shredders are devices that cut paper into chad, usually either fine particles or strips. Privacy experts recommend the shredding of tax documents, bills, bank account statements and credit card statements and other sensitive documents failing which they could become soft targets for thieves to commit theft or fraud. Shredders range in price and size, from the inexpensive and small devices meant for a couple of pages, to large costly devices meant for commercial shredding services (for shredding millions of documents per hour). Certain shredders employed by commercial shredding services are incorporated into a shredding truck. Small shredders are electrically powered; however, there are un-powered devices also such as special scissors.
