Labels
Description
Labels are bits of polymer, cloth, paper, metal or other material that are stuck to a container or an article, on which information related to the product are printed. In some instances, labels are also be printed directly on the article or the container. Labels vary in size, width, and colors. They are made of resin, wax, or Valeron; these allow the labels to be utilized in various environments such as exterior warehouses, humid climates, and low-level lighted areas. While buying labels, it is a best to know the core size and the distance (inches) between each label. Some of the self stick labels need only light pressure to stick without activation or heat and it often posses release liners, which protect the adhesive and help in label handling.

Labels have many uses such as product identification, name tags, advertising, warnings, and for communicating other information.
Brand stickers are utilized as identification symbol of certain companies
Stickers are used for marking vehicle registration and recording details of last service
Product labels must be bonded to the surface of the product through the product’s intended life under in-use conditions
Removable product label must stick on to the product until it is removed. For example, a label on refrigerator that gives installation and usage details
Textile label is mainly used in textile items having tax identification number and material content
Packaging has labels attached to the package and provides information about pricing, usage guidance, bar codes, addresses, UPC identification, advertising, etc.
Address labels are used in letters and packages to identify the sender and the receiver information
