Yale Materials Handling Corp recently introduced its ac-powered ERP-DH lift truck, the premiere vehicle in Yale's line of electric rider trucks.
The ERP-DH provides lower noise levels, less heat, a smaller turning radius, and no emissions, when compared to lift trucks of its size and class. Available in 4,000-6,000 lb capacities, it is ideal for customers in home improvement outlets, grocery distribution centers, paper mills, automotive manufacturing, and more.
The truck's high power, energy efficient ac (alternating current) traction motor offers smooth acceleration with seamless directional change, proportional regenerative braking, and the Auto Deceleration System. When compared to equivalent ERC lift trucks, the ERP-DH provides better operator comfort, better tire traction on unimproved surfaces and indoor/outdoor applications.
Built to perform and last in the toughest applications, rugged Yale ERP-DH offers:
- 80 V ac power drive control
- On-demand power steering with brushless motor
- "Drop Battery Box" design for easy entry and exit
- Expanded dash display that offers a service password to set up and perform diagnostics and displays status codes and warning lights
- Adjustable steering column
- Auto deceleration system
- Foot directional control pedal.
"The ERP-DH is the first in a line of new Yale ac-powered lift trucks," said Don Chance, president, Yale Materials Handling Corp. "This truck represents Yale's dedication to our customers -- listening and understanding their needs, evaluating their changing materials handling business, and designing a top-quality product."
