Synthesized-function, dual-channel Model 3102 generates 1 µHz to 31 MHz sine and square waves with 0.01 µHz resolution; 1 µHz to 2 MHz ramp and triangle waves with 0.01 µHz resolution; and 1 µHz to 10 MHz noise waves with 64-bit resolution. Amplitude adjusts from 0.05-10 V, peak-to-peak, into 50 ohm load. Windows-based software creates arbitrary waveforms on PC and facilitates downloading to instrument.
