Using PLCs and product transport belt, microprocessor-based Eye-In-Line accepts or rejects formed/machined parts and electronic components when placed in line with feeders in factory automation systems. It learns and sorts products without programming. Laser-gauging and eddy-current inspection modules are optional, as are OCR and bar code reading capabilities.
