WhisperFlo vents gas or steam quietly, achieving noise reduction of up to 40 dB at diffuser exterior. It employs 5 noise abatement techniques: multistage pressure reduction; improved acoustical conversion efficiency at each successive stage; frequency spectrum shift; independent exit jetting; and velocity management. Construction consists of laser-machined discs stacked and permanently fused into rigid cage assembly.
