Using software and process imager, Model GS100 monitors 2D temperature distribution of glass part for bending, forming, annealing, and tempering. Information is transmitted to PC where it is converted to thermal image and analyzed on monitor. Image is then subdivided into rectangular zones giving user ability to configure temperatures for each heating element. Automatic alarms can be programmed for any zone out of limit.
