Fischerscope X-Ray XAN performs quantitative material analysis of up to 25 elements simultaneously in atomic number range of 13-92, with detection range from ppm to 100%. X-ray fluorescence spectrometer inspects powder and paste specimens in same manner as solids and liquids. It also studies complex coatings on known substrate materials.
