With slip joint hinge, doors, cabinets, control boxes, and computer housings can be removed and replaced without tools. Hinges are made of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum with stainless steel pins, in leaf thicknesses from 0.05-0.093 in. Pins are splined for tight fit or staked in place. Sizes range from 1 1/2-3 in. long, and 1 7/16-3 in. open width. Mounting holes are custom punched to user specifications.
