Die cast zinc alloy hinge switch integrates features of safety switch with load bearing capabilities of rugged hinge. Because safety contact is mounted internally, switch resists tampering and eliminates mechanical wear. Switch mounts on extruded aluminum profiles, and steel or plastic doors. Weight capacity ranges up to 168 lb axially and more than 225 lb radially. Hinge operating angle is 0-180 deg. Versions come in ac/dc to 250 V, or 60 Vdc.
