Series B combines press brake with robot to form large or small parts with various profiles. Accurate positioning is achieved with sensors for both back gauge fingers. Robot is not mounted to frame and handles 143 lb. Back gauge, 28 in., is bolted directly to bottom of machine bed. Linear bearings and precision ground ball screws increase accuracy. During programming, operator can select and edit bending sequence.
