Noncontact Model KD-2300 provides frequency response to 50 kHz over measurement ranges of 0.02-2 in. Linear displacement measuring system works with ferrous and nonferrous targets. Dual coil sensors are thermally stable in environments where temperature changes are extreme, operating up to 400°F. Voltage output is proportional to distance between face of sensor and any conductive metallic target with resolution of 0.01% of range. Sensor works in product design, fabrication, process control, and inspection applications.
