Plastic surface also helps eliminate plastic pallet damage that is associated with multistand chain conveyors. At standard lengths of 5 and 10 ft, conveyor has shaft-mounted reducer/motor with square shaft and metal tooth sprockets. It supports up to 3,000 lb and operates at 30-90 fpm. Take-up is pulley-augmented cantenary, which permits jog reverse capability.
