Sufficient in design, this site has a loosely constructed product database, sometimes diffuse in feel. Technical Documentation almost makes up for this consistency dilemma. Complete with left hierarchal folder menu, this section opens a new window with access to documents by product type. Manuals, maintenance and installation instructions, service kits, and more are entrained in the technical content maelstrom. Online ordering is only available after registration, which takes at least a day to process, but the format of the site’s ordering system is well illustrated within the Site Tour. CAD drawings are also accessible after registration, but the unregistered can access some content such as PM tips.
