Facilitating development of scalable machine vision systems, FireSync consists of sensor controllers, camera and embedded sensors, machine vision software, industrial computers, and lighting. System supports 4 independent camera channels, preprocessing, DSP algorithms, and Gb networking. With image streaming, components are combined with proportional/functional control of subcomponents and synchronization of image collection to within microsecond accuracy.
