Modular MediaFilterII gathers dust and mist generated during metalworking and machining operations. Three-stage system of interchangeable filters supplies clean, safe air back to plant. Filter elements include 4 in. cleanable aluminum prefilter to trap lubricants that gel or congeal; 1 in. aluminum mesh filter to trap large mist particles; and disposable V-bag filters in 3 grades. Vertical configuration promotes filter drainage, preventing liquid from re-entering clean air stream. Mist collector throughputs up to 9,000 cfm.
