This site is comprised of 3 main product sections, plus a shopping sub-area, that seem to be independent entities. This creates some consistency issues, but a beneficial amount of information is offered. Datasheets detail comprehensive features/benefits and some offer instructional value. Some imaging system documents require a request form to be submitted, but others do not. Requiring more drill-down, the graphics submenu is creatively organized for finding products configured for particular industries. The user must obtain a client ID # for downloading drivers or to access technical support, as well as purchase from the site’s shopping portal. Distributors and resellers can be easily located.
