For those with intermittent machinery problems, or a machine that needs to be watched closely, the Model 5000 Portable Online Monitoring System was designed to be there when you can't. The 5000 has powerful analysis capabilities to help in solving difficult recurring problems. A temporary online monitoring system can be set up within about an hour on a problem machine and left in the field. The Model 5000 can use wired or wireless Ethernet connections to transmit its data back to the maintenance department computer. Using live time data, the user can make an informed decision as to the current health of the machine.
Characteristics of the Model 5000 include:
- Up to 16 simultaneous signal acquisition channels with up to 3200 lines of resolution.
- Measures Vibration (acceleration, velocity, or displacement; Up to 50,000 Hz Fmax.), Temperature, Pressure, Load, Voltage, or Current (any 4-20 ma).
