MAARS Introduces Upgraded Portable Machinery Monitoring System

For those with intermittent machinery problems, or a machine that needs to be watched closely, the Model 5000 Portable Online Monitoring System was designed to be there when you can't. The 5000 has powerful analysis capabilities to help in solving difficult recurring problems. Using live time data, the user can make an informed decision as to the current health of the machine.

Characteristics of the Model 5000 include:

  • Up to 16 simultaneous signal acquisition channels with up to 3200 lines of resolution.

  • Measures Vibration (acceleration, velocity, or displacement; Up to 50,000 Hz Fmax.), Temperature, Pressure, Load, Voltage, or Current (any 4-20 ma).

  • Accepts MAARS SmaartBricks™ or industry standard 5B signal processing modules.
